§ 1474.03  WARNING LIGHTS ON BUILDINGS IN PUBLIC WAYS.
   A permittee under this chapter, while engaged in the moving of any building in the public ways and while occupying and using the public ways for this purpose, shall cause a red or amber light to be placed in a conspicuous place in the front and rear of such building or obstruction from sunset until sunrise each night during which such building remains in any of such public ways.
