§ 1470.09 COMPATIBILITY WITH PLANNING AND ZONING CODE.

This chapter shall be considered in pari materia with and not in derogation of Part Twelve - the Planning and Zoning Code, excluding the administrative, enforcement and appeals provisions contained therein.
