§ 1470.08 MOBILE HOME AND/OR MANUFACTURED HOME PARK ZONES.

The Planning Commission is hereby authorized, if it so desires, to establish a new zone within the municipality to be known as a Mobile Home and/or Manufactured Home Park Zone. In such Zone, when established and under conditions and restrictions set up by the Commission, mobile home and/or manufactured home parks may be established.
