§ 1470.07 REMOVAL UPON NOTICE OF VIOLATION.

If a mobile home or manufactured home is in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, the owner of such mobile home or manufactured home shall be given notice thereof, in writing, from the Manager. Such owner shall be given two weeks from the date of the delivery of such notice to remove such mobile home or manufactured home.
