Notwithstanding § 1470.02, an improved replacement of an existing mobile home or manufactured home may be made by the owner of the same at the existing site within 30 days after the removal of the existing mobile home or manufactured home, with the prior approval of the Planning Commission. The Commission shall forthwith hear any such owner’s request for such approval, and at such hearing the Commission shall advise such owner, in writing, concerning the manner in which such owner shall cause such improved replacement to comply with relevant portions of the Zoning Code as well as with appropriate health and safety standards.
