Mobile homes or manufactured homes mentioned in § 1470.03 may be removed from their present sites for not more than 90 days without being in violation of this chapter. If such mobile home or manufactured home is removed for more than 90 days, this chapter shall be binding upon the persons and the premises involved, and the relocation or reinstallation of such mobile home or manufactured home shall be prohibited.
