As used in this chapter:
(a) “Mobile home” means a moveable dwelling constructed in one or more units to be occupied on land, having a minimum width of ten feet and a minimum area of 400 square feet, and containing living facilities for year round occupancy by one family, including permanent provision for eating, sleeping, heating, cooking and sanitation.
(b) “Manufactured home” means any nonself-propelled vehicle, transportable in one or more sections, which vehicle, in the traveling mode, is eight body feet or more in width or forty body feet or more in length, or which, when erected on site, is 320 or more square feet, and which is used as a dwelling with or without a permanent foundation when connected to the required utilities, and includes the plumbing, heating, air conditioning and electrical systems contained therein. Calculations used to determine the number of square feet in a structure are based on the structure’s exterior dimensions measured at the largest horizontal projections when erected on site. These dimensions include all expandable rooms, cabinets and other projections containing interior space, but do not include bay windows.
