The following described premises are hereby declared to be the fire limits or fire zone:
Beginning at a point which is the intersection of the centerline of North Main Street with the centerline of Walnut Street; thence west along the centerline of Walnut Street to the centerline of Vine Street; thence south along the centerline of Vine Street to the Penn-Central Railroad; thence east along the Penn-Central Railroad to Elm Street; thence north along the centerline of Elm Street to the centerline of Walnut Street; thence in a westwardly direction along the centerline of Walnut Street; thence west to the centerline of North Main Street.
