§ 1298.99  PENALTY.
   Any person violating any provision of Chapter 1298 shall be deemed, upon conviction of the first offense, guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than 60 days or both. Any person convicted of a subsequent violation of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or imprisoned not more than six months or both. Such person shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portions thereof during which any violation of any of the provisions of this chapter is committed, permitted or continued.
