§ 1296.15 CONTINUATION OF EXISTING CONDITIONALLY PERMITTED USES.

All uses existing at the time of the enactment of this Zoning Code (Ordinance 74-O-128, passed October 17, 1974), or an amendment thereto, and conditionally permitted in their respective districts under this Zoning Code, shall be permitted to continue as nonconforming uses.
