§ 1296.01 PURPOSE.

The purpose of this chapter is to provide for the continuation of uses that do not conform to existing zoning, but which were in operation prior to the enactment of this Zoning Code (Ordinance 74-O-128, passed October 17, 1974) or any amendment thereto.
