Off-street parking facilities shall not occupy any part of any required front or side yard in A-O-C or R Districts. In all C Districts and in all I Districts, open off-street parking facilities may be located in the required front yard, provided that at least a 20-foot wide landscaped strip is located between the parking area and the street right-of-way line. In all districts, open off-street parking facilities may occupy the required rear yard, provided that a five-foot landscaped strip separates parking from all property lines abutting the rear yard.
