Entrances and exits shall be located so as to minimize traffic congestion and avoid undue interference with pedestrian access at street intersection corners. Not more than two accessways shall abut on any one street. Such accessways shall not be less than 30 feet in width at the sidewalk line and shall have a minimum side radius of 25 feet. Residential uses may have accessways of not less than eight feet.
