(a) There is no minimum front yard depth, but it should be compatible with adjacent uses.
(b) The minimum rear yard depth is 25 feet.
(c) There is no minimum side yard width, except 30 feet when such side yard is adjacent to a Residential District and on the side adjacent to the Residential District only.
