(a) The minimum front yard depth shall be equal to the setback of the residential uses in the immediate vicinity.
(b) The minimum rear yard depth is 25 feet.
(c) There is no minimum side yard width, except 30 feet when such yard is adjacent to a Residential District and on the side adjacent to the Residential District only.
