(a) The minimum front yard depth is 30 feet, plus one foot for each two feet of building height in excess of 35 feet above grade for all buildings.
(b) The minimum rear yard depth is 30 feet, plus one foot for each two feet of building height in excess of 25 feet above grade.
(c) Minimum side yard widths are as follows:
(1) Single-family dwellings: five feet minimum with a total of both sides equal to a minimum of 12 feet;
(2) Two-family dwellings: ten feet; and
(3) Multi-family dwellings: ten feet, plus one foot for each two feet of building height in excess of 35 feet above grade.
