(a) Minimum lot areas are as follows:
(1) Single-family dwellings: 7,500 square feet;
(2) Two-family dwellings: 10,000 square feet; and
(3) Multi-family dwellings: 12,000 square feet for the first three dwelling units, plus 2,500 square feet for each dwelling unit over three.
(b) Minimum lot widths at the building line are as follows:
(1) Single-family dwellings: 60 feet;
(2) Two-family dwellings: 80 feet; and
(3) Multi-family dwellings: 100 feet.
(c) The minimum lot frontage is 40 feet.
