(a) The minimum lot area is one acre without centralized water and sewer facilities and 11,250 square feet with centralized water and sewer facilities.
(b) The minimum lot width at the building line is 150 feet without centralized water and sewer facilities and 75 feet with centralized water and sewer facilities.
(c) The minimum lot frontage is 60 feet.
