§ 1264.06 WITNESSES.

The Chairperson of the Board of Zoning Appeals or the Acting Chairperson may issue oaths and compel by issuance of a subpoena the attendance of witnesses in all matters coming within the purview of the Board and take testimony of any and all persons appearing before it.
