Whenever any provision of this Zoning Code requires a greater width or size of a yard or other open space, a lower height limit, a greater percentage of lot to be left unoccupied, a lower density of population or a more restricted use of land than is required in any other ordinance, resolution, regulation, private deed restriction or private covenant, or imposes any other higher standard than is required in any other ordinance, resolution, regulation, private deed restriction or private covenant, the provision of this Zoning Code shall govern.
