§ 1262.08 FEE, BOND AND FINE DEPOSITS.

All fees, bond forfeitures and fines shall be deposited in the General Fund of the municipality and the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to accept such monies and to deposit the same. The Director is hereby authorized to draw his or her warrants upon such Fund in payment of any cost incurred.
