§ 1262.07 PERFORMANCE BOND OR OTHER FINANCIAL GUARANTEE REQUIRED.

In all cases where a performance bond or other financial guarantee is required by this Zoning Code, an applicant shall place such bond or guarantee with the municipality and such bond or guarantee shall be returned to the applicant only if and after a certificate of occupancy is issued to the applicant.
