In A-O-C Districts and all Residential Districts the sale of personal property by way of a garage, yard, porch, street or other such sale shall not be conducted more than four times within any 12 month period upon any individual lot or upon acreage or multiple lots titled in the same name or names; each such sale shall be limited to 72 consecutive hours in duration; the personal property offered for sale shall not include consignment goods; and advertising signs for such sales shall not exceed three square feet in size, shall be placed on private property only with the permission of the private property owner, shall be erected in free standing form and displayed only during the hours of the sale, and shall be removed from view immediately following the sale.
