Wherever required by this Zoning Code, usable open space shall be unobstructed to the sky and shall not be devoted to service driveways or off-street parking or loading spaces. However, balconies at least four feet, six inches wide and roof areas which are improved for, and suitable as, recreational areas may be counted as usable open space.
