§ 1260.20  TEMPORARY BUILDINGS.
   (a)   Temporary buildings.  Temporary buildings for uses incidental to construction work may be erected in any of the zoning districts established in this Zoning Code. However, such temporary buildings shall be removed upon the completion or abandonment of the construction work.
   (b)   Canvas type garages.
      (1)   A temporary canvas storage structure may be permitted in any zoning district. A temporary and revocable permit, granted for a period not to exceed 365 days, shall be required for such structure, once per property owner. Permit fee shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00). The structure shall be required to adhere to the same restrictions as permanent accessory buildings. The structure may be used as a temporary garage for intact motorized vehicles and marine equipment and it must be kept in good repair. The structure may not be used as a dwelling, an animal shelter, or for junk storage and must be removed not later than the 365th day after issuance of the permit.
      (2)   Existing similar structures shall not be replaced by another temporary structure.
