§ 1260.19  ACCESSORY BUILDINGS.
   (a)   An accessory building attached to the principal building on a lot shall be made structurally a part thereof and shall comply in all respects with the requirements of this Zoning Code applicable to the principal building. No accessory building which is not a part of the principal building shall be located closer than 15 feet from the principal building. Accessory buildings located in Residential Districts shall have side yard clearances in accordance with the following.

   (b)   No accessory building shall be built within five feet of the rear lot line.
   (c)   No accessory building shall exceed 832 square feet in floor space.
