§ 1260.14 NUMBER OF DWELLINGS PER LOT; FRONTAGE.

Not more than one dwelling is permitted on any lot, unless otherwise specifically stated in this Zoning Code. Every dwelling shall be located on a lot having the required frontage on a public street.
