§ 1260.10 ZONING CERTIFICATES; SEWAGE DISPOSAL FACILITIES.

No zoning certificate shall be issued without evidence that the responsible health authority has approved the proposed sanitary sewage disposal facilities for the use for which the zoning certificate has been requested.
