The City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract with the District Advisory Council of the Columbiana County, Ohio, General Health District to provide public health services to the City of Columbiana. A copy of the contract was attached as Exhibit A to Resolution 01-R-261, passed June 19, 2001 and is incorporated herein as if set out in full.
