§ 1248.18 PUBLIC SITES, OPEN SPACES AND NATURAL FEATURES.

Where a park, playground, or school or public access to a water frontage which is shown in the Comprehensive Development Plan is located in whole or in part in a proposed subdivision, the Planning Commission shall request the dedication of such area within the subdivision.
