The following information shall be supplied to the Planning Commission in addition to the requirements enumerated in § 1246.07:
(a) A statement of the proposed use of lots, giving the type and number of dwelling units and the type of business or industry;
(b) The location and approximate dimensions of all existing buildings;
(c) For commercial and industrial development, the location and size of proposed parking and loading areas, alleys, pedestrian walks, streets and the points of vehicular ingress to and egress from the development; and
(d) A description of proposed covenants and restrictions.
