The subdivider shall meet with the Planning Commission or its designated representative prior to submitting the preliminary plat for a major subdivision. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss early and informally the purpose and effect of these subdivision regulations and the criteria and standards contained in the same and to familiarize the developer with the Comprehensive Development Plan, the Major Thoroughfare Plan, the Parks and Public Open Space Plan, the Zoning Code and the drainage, sewerage and water systems for the municipality.
