§ 1242.07 APPEALS.

Any person who believes that he or she has been aggrieved by any of the provisions of these subdivision regulations or an action of the Planning Commission has all the rights of appeal as set forth in Ohio R. C. Chapter 711 or any other applicable section of the Ohio Revised Code.
