(a) Use of park facilities.
(1) The Park, Recreation and Cemetery Board is hereby authorized to establish a schedule for the use of the recreational facilities at Firestone Park on an annual basis in cooperation with the Park Manager who shall assume the responsibility for coordinating and overseeing such scheduled uses.
(2) Subject to the direction and control of the Service Director, the Board shall coordinate the payment of maintenance and repair expenses by users of such facilities.
(b) Pavilion, shelter and hillside rental.
(1) A. Rates for pavilion, shelter and hillside rentals at Firestone Recreation Park shall be as follows:

B. Rentals for two hours or less of Pavilions #2 and #3 is twenty dollars ($20.00) and at the discretion of the Park Superintendent.
(2) Off-season rates, from October 1 to May 1, shall be:

(3) Half days shall be from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. All day shall be from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
(4) Such rates shall be due and payable, a one hundred dollar ($100.00) cleaning fee may be invoiced if extra cleaning of the unit is necessary and future reservations will be in jeopardy. In the event of a rental reservation cancellation not less than 48 hours prior to the rental date, the rental charge may be refunded or applied to an alternate rental date if such alternate rental date is requested and available for reservation.
(c) Swimming pool rates.
(1) A. Admission rates to the Firestone Park swimming pool for residents within the city corporation limits shall be:

B. It shall be mandatory that any person applying for a resident pool pass shall show positive identification that they are city residents.
(2) Admission rates to the Firestone Park swimming pool for persons living outside the city corporation limits shall be:

(3) Annual season passes shall entitle all members of the purchaser’s immediate family residing in the same household as listed on the membership application to unlimited admission to the pool for the season. Individual season passes shall entitle the purchaser only to unlimited admission to the pool for the season.
(d) Speed limit.
(1) The speed limit for motor vehicles traveling within the confines of Firestone Park shall be 13 miles per hour.
(2) The Manager shall be and hereby is authorized to purchase and post 13 mile per hour speed limit signs in appropriate locations throughout Firestone Park.
