No person shall do or permit any of the following acts without first obtaining permission therefor from the Manager or the Superintendent of Parks and Cemetery:
(a) Keep, ride or transport horses or ponies in or through a park at any time;
(b) Keep or offer anything for sale;
(c) Obstruct in any way a roadway or path;
(d) Build a fire, except at places provided for that purpose;
(e) Enter any place upon which the words “no admittance” or “private” are displayed;
(f) Play baseball at any place not designated for that purpose;
(g) Enter or leave a park with a motor vehicle, except at the established ways of entrance and exit;
(h) Throw or cause to be thrown anything on the ice or skating pond within a park;
(i) Discharge a firearm or fireworks, unless in connection with park activities; or
(j) Use a metal locator.
