No person shall commit any of the following acts within the boundaries of the municipal recreational parks:
(a) Throw or drain offensive substances into any park waters;
(b) Bathe in lake waters;
(c) Have in his or her possession any alcoholic beverage;
(d) Wash any automobile;
(e) Pitch horseshoes;
(f) Fly motor-powered model airplanes; or
(g) No feeding of wildlife of any kind.
