§ 1062.01 DECLARATION OF PURPOSE; CONDITIONS OF USE.

Municipal recreational parks are hereby determined to be recreational centers for the benefit and pleasure of the residents of the municipality and the vicinity. Each person using the parks and recreational centers is subject to the rules and regulations prescribed by Council or the Manager.
