There is hereby established a clothing allowance for members of the Fire Department. Two dollars ($2.00) per call attended by all regular firefighters shall be paid as a clothing allowance. Such allowance shall be used for cleaning, pressing, repairing and purchasing of new clothing to replace articles damaged while fighting fires. This amount shall be payable yearly on or after November 15.
