(a) Developer shall provide the city with a plat map showing all lots and or buildings a minimum of 90 days before installation.
(b) Open all trenches; to a minimum depth of three feet with a minimum of 72 hours notice to the city.
(c) All wire within the right-of-way shall be in conduit.
(d) Wire (conduit) shall be covered with sand or suitable material approved by the electric department at a minimum six inches cover over wire. Install safety tape and then complete backfilling.
(e) Finish grade for transformers, deferral cabinets etc. must be determined by the developer before the said equipment is installed.
(f) Secondary wire for street lights shall be placed in conduit.
