§ 1048.04 ELECTRIC LINE EXTENSIONS.
   (a)   Single-family housing developers/builders that develop (plat) more than one lot will make a one time flat fee payment of two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) for each single-family lot in a development.
   (b)   Multi-family housing developers/builders who develop units that are individually metered, will make a one time flat fee payment of one thousand five hundred dollar ($1,500.00) for each unit.
   (c)   Commercial/industrial developers/builders that develop (plat) a lot will make a one time flat fee payment of five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) for each lot and shall be responsible for each unit and shall be responsible for 75% of transformer cost over or at 150kVa.
   (d)   Commercial/industrial developers/builders that develop units that are individually metered, will make a one time flat fee payment of three thousand ($3,000.00) for each unit and shall be responsible for 75% of transformer cost over or at 150kVA.
