§ 1044.16 SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT NO. 1.

   (a)   Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 727.44, a district is hereby established to be known as Columbiana Sanitary Sewer District No. 1.

   (b)   The general plan heretofore prepared and on file with the Clerk of Council for the sanitary sewerage system of Columbiana Sanitary District No. 1, as established in division (a) hereof,  is hereby adopted and approved.
