§ 1044.15 STORM DRAINAGE DISTRICTS AND DRAINAGE AREAS.
   (a)   There shall be established within the municipality four storm water drainage districts and 23 drainage areas for the purpose of preparing an adequate storm drainage system to serve the immediate and future requirements of the municipality.
   (b)   The four storm drainage districts shall be known and numbered as: 1, 2, 3 and 4, and the 23 drainage areas shall be known as 1-A, 1-B, 1-C, 1-D, 1-E, 2-A, 2-B, 2-C, 2-D, 2-E, 3-A, 3-B, 3-C, 3-D, 3-E, 3-F, 3-G, 3-H, 3-I, 4-A, 4-B, 4-C and 4-D.
   (c)   The drainage districts and drainage areas established in division (a) hereof are fully described in an engineering survey by Morris E. Nall and Associates, Registered Engineers, which survey is hereby incorporated by reference. A copy of the engineering survey shall be placed on file with the Clerk of Council and also in the Columbiana County Law Library, for purposes of public inspection. Copies of such survey shall be available at cost from the Clerk of Council.
