§ 1024.05 REVIEW OF COMMERCIAL PROPERTY IMPROVEMENT PLANS BY PLANNING COMMISSION.

All persons contemplating improvement to commercial property which will incorporate in the improvement any of the foregoing sections of this chapter shall first submit plans of the improvement to the Planning Commission for its recommendation to Council.
