§ 91.04 RULES VIOLATIONS.
   By regulation, the R.D.A. has provided for conduct within designated zones of Lake Columbia, right-of-ways of boats, rules and regulations regarding hunting, pets, fireworks, public meetings and other matters. Violation of these rules and regulations shall be punishable as provided herein.
