§ 55.026 TEMPORARY DISCHARGE PERMIT.
   (A)   The water pollution control facility may issue temporary discharge permits under the following circumstances and conditions:
      (1)   The facility or company seeking a temporary discharge permit has completed in full the temporary discharge permit application. Such application may be obtained on the city's web page or from the City Clerk's Office and may be revised from time to time by the Water Pollution Control Department.
      (2)   The Water Pollution Control Department will review the completed permit application and determine, in its sole discretion, if the applicant meets the Department's requirements for issuance of the temporary discharge permit.
      (3)   The Department may require additional discharge requirements as a condition of or prior to granting the temporary discharge permit.
      (4)   The Department will determine the term for the temporary permit and provide the dates to the applicant.
      (5)   The Department may monitor the temporary discharge and require tests and sampling as it determines necessary.
   (B)   Violations. The administrative enforcement remedies shall apply to violations of this section.
