I.C. 36-7-9 et seq., as amended from time to time, which addresses unsafe buildings and the enforcement of building standards, is hereby adopted and incorporated in full by this reference, and is supplemented by the additional terms and conditions of the laws and regulations of the City of Columbia City Code of Ordinances, including, but not limited to, Title XV, Land Usage.
