§ 118.037 APPLICATION REVIEW PROCESS.
   All franchise applications when filed shall be available for public inspection at places designated by the grantor. The grantor may at any time make reasonable requests of an applicant for any additional information that it believes will be useful in making a decision on a franchise application. No later than 90 days after an application is filed, or the final date for filing applications if the Common Council solicits applications, one or more public hearings shall be held on the applications. A decision shall be made by the grantor not later than 90 days after the conclusion of all such public hearings based on the review criteria set forth in § 118.038 using information from the applications and applicants, the hearings, and other sources the grantor may deem appropriate. The grantor may grant one or more franchises, or may decline to grant any franchise.
