§ 110.02 REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
   Whoever, holding a license as an electrician, shall violate any of the rules or ordinances of the city for the regulation of electricians, or shall not fully comply with all the conditions of his or her bond or shall be found to be incompetent and not qualified, shall on demand of the Electric Light Foreman surrender to the Mayor the license issued as provided in § 110.01, and at the next meeting of the Common Council the Council shall have the right to cancel the license.
