§ 91.01 MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL OF CEMETERIES.

The cemeteries known as the Green Hill Cemetery and the Jewish Cemetery shall be under the care, control, and management of the Board of Public Works and Safety. The Board shall have full power over the management and control of the cemeteries, their lands, all funds including endowment and perpetual care funds, and all affairs pertaining to the cemeteries.
