(A) The burning of any garbage, refuse or natural debris out of doors anywhere in the city is subject to the provisions of Chapter 94, Fire Prevention Code.
(B) No person, firm, or corporation shall burn any garbage, refuse, or natural debris (as those terms are defined in § 53.01) out of doors anywhere in the city.
(C) Nothing in this section shall prohibit the following types of fires:
(1) Fires celebrating Twelfth Night Ceremonies.
(2) Fires celebrating school pep rallies.
(3) Fires celebrating scouting activities.
(4) Fires used for recreational and cooking purposes, i.e., camp fires.
(5) However, any fires permitted under this division shall be restricted to the burning of wood products only, and shall be attended at all times until completely extinguished.
